*CANCELLATION, LESSON EXPIRATION, AND REFUND POLICIES as of 11/01/2024
We understand that there are times when unplanned circumstances, last minute events, or a medical emergency may arise that would require you to cancel or reschedule your lesson appointment. If this happens to you, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible by phone or email Monday - Friday. The following information outlines our cancellation policy for specific lesson types. Please note our office hours and the time frames outlined above when considering this policy:
CANCELLATION POLICY
Private/Group Lessons:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, please note the following:
More than 24 hours notice: NO CHARGE
Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of total fees FORFEITED
No Show - Automatic FORFEITURE of lesson fees. If you have "no showed" more than two times, you will no longer be eligible for a lesson appointment.
Lesson Series:
Less than 24 hours notice, or "No Show", one lesson will be FORFEITED/CHARGED against your PACKAGE.
Golf School:
The school has a participation maximum of 6 individuals for a 5 day or 10 hour duration.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your participation in the school please note the following:
15 days prior to School: Full Fee Refunded
7-14 days prior to School: 50% Fee Refunded
1-6 days prior to School: No Refund
LESSON EXPIRATION POLICY
All lesson packages expire 12 months from the first lesson completion date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds after the completion of the first lesson in any package -NO EXCEPTIONS.
