Lesson Package Expiration Date Policy All lesson packages expire 12 months from the first lesson completion date. No exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
Note: Our office is on Saturday and Sunday. Therefore, Monday cancellation/rescheduling notifications must be received by 5pm FRIDAY to avoid cancellation fees. Please read below to learn more. Thank you, Golf YOUR Best, Inc.
We understand that there are times when unplanned circumstances, last minute events or a medical emergency may arise that would require you to cancel or reschedule your lesson appointment. If this happens to you, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible during our regular business days/hours (Monday - Friday; 9-4). The following information outlines our cancellation policy for specific lesson types...please note our office hours and the time frames outlined below when considering this policy.
Private Lessons: This is an individual lesson that is 30, 45, 60 or 120 minutes in duration. If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, we ask that notification be given a minimum of 24 hours before the start of your lesson time and/or during normal business hours. If your lesson is cancelled or rescheduled after the 24 hour window that lesson will be FORFEITED. Exception: If a replacement is found there will be NO CHARGE.
Group Lessons: This is a group of 3 or more individuals in a group class for a duration of 60 minutes. If you need to cancel or reschedule your participation in the class, we ask that notification be given a minimum of 48 hours(2 days) before the start of class time and/or during normal business hours. If your participation in this class is cancelled or rescheduled after the 48 hour window your class fee will be FORFEITED.
Newcomers Golf School: The school has a participation maximum of 6 individuals for a 5 day or 10 hour duration. If you need to cancel or reschedule your participation in the school, we ask that notification given a minimum of (2) weeks before the start of the program and/or during business hours. If your participation in the school is rescheduled or cancelled after the (2) week window you will be charged a fee of $50. If your participation in this class is cancelled after (1) week your class fee will be FORFEITED.
"No - Shows": Automatic FORFEITURE of lesson fees. NO EXCEPTIONS.If you have "no showed" more than twice you will no longer be eligible for a lesson appointment.
Refund Policy Money received for lessons will be refunded in full less a 10% administration fee ONLY IF requested PRIOR to the first lesson appointment. After the first lesson has been completed, there will be NO REFUNDS; rather, the remaining lesson balance will be held in escrow to be used at a later date up to 1 year from purchase date.
